The Auckland Harbour Bridge, a key element of NZ Transport Agency's Northern Motorway, upgraded to AEC's iconic Italo LED luminaires. The project won two prestigious IESANZ Awards of Commendation in 2019 - Lighting Design Award and Dark Sky Award.
Techlight supplying Tauranga's New Street-Lighting system
Tauranga City Council has chosen Techlight Ltd to supply 6,900 AEC I-TRON Zero Luminaires and 8,500 Telematics Light Control Units, all controlled across the city area by two Telematics Wireless Galaxy Data Communication Units.

Bryce street is a major shopping street in Hamilton which needs to be brightly lit after dark to encourage shoppers. LED luminaires give a white light which ensures objects are seen in their true colours, making them more easily perceived by the human eye and thus increasing road safety.
HANNAH'S BAY, LAKE ROTORUA - Local beauty spot brightly lit for evening activities
Hannah`s Bay on Lake Rotorua shore is a delightful all mobility playground, popular for swimming and windsurfing. The brief was to make the reserve feel safer to use after dark, but with an overall energy saving.
WINTEC CAMPUS - Keeping students safe at night
Built on a sloping site, Wintec Campus has several levels connected with flights of stairs. The brief was to ensure the lighting gave a sense of place to the communal meeting areas and made students and staff feel safe using these areas and steps after dark.
